Baking with Allergies

Vegan Fruit Tarts After years of baking, and running a very tiny bakery out of my home, I decided to start posting my recipes. I love baking, and learning to bake for people with severe food allergies has been a challenging, and inspiring journey. But I'm just one person, and I know that there are a lot of people and families struggling with severe food allergies, so I've decided to start sharing recipes that I've created. By default, every thing I bake is vegan, that means no dairy ingredients at all, and no eggs. I also use no soy, tree nuts (with the exception of coconut) and no peanuts. If you've got questions, or if you're looking to substitute other things, please, let me know, and I'll let you know what's worked for me. Baking for allergies can be a challenge, but it's worth it.
